This Station was Originally Radio 7QT, and was Officially Opened on May the 31st 1937. The Station operated in its early history out of the Paragon Theater until moving to South Queenstown, where it operated right up to 2009. It then moved to it present Cutten Street address.

Seen Below (Right), is an old photo of the 7QT South Queenstown Building. This is believed to have been taken around 1938. This building is on the South Queenstown Site, and has now been demolished, with the Radio Station moving to a Building Near the centre of town, (Left).
