The Nelson Falls

The Nelson River Falls are located besides the Lyell Highway, which connects between Queenstown And Hobart. The Falls are about 20 minutes from Queenstown, The track to the falls is well built and maintained, and is a easy 20 minute walk each way. The Photo (Right), shows a view of a section of the track through the Rainforest. |

can be viewed just in from the start of the track, where a small viewing
platform has been constructed.

walk in is well worth the effort.
